Physical site inspection. Asset inventory, condition scoring and Remaining Effective Life for all major capital items.

Data compilation
Build or validate the register. Model lifecycle costs and 10-year CAPEX/OPEX forecasts, AI-assisted and quality-checked.

Risk analysis
Apply condition and criticality indices to prioritise investment (ISO 31000). Identify high-risk assets and funding gaps.

AMP drafting
Produce the written plan to the applicable standard. Submit for review and incorporate feedback.

Handover & briefing
Deliver the final AMP with executive summary and a board or management briefing. Transition to retainer if applicable.
